Charlotte Business Journal Annual Ranking Based on Independent Employee Evaluation
Jackrabbit Technologies, leading provider of online class management software for youth activities centers, was recently recognized by The Charlotte Business Journal as one of the area’s most desirable places to work.
Jackrabbit was noted for its extraordinary workplace culture along with more then 60 other area businesses in small, mid-sized and large company categories. This year’s #33 ranking marks the 5th consecutive year that Jackrabbit Technologies has been named to this coveted list. Because the submission and review process is independently managed by Quantum Workplace, companies are eager to learn as much as they can from the data Quantum Workplace captures.
“Each year we take out the magnifying glass to examine our employee survey data because it contains valuable information that will help us continue to improve our employees’ job satisfaction and overall wellness and happiness,” comments Mark Mahoney, Jackrabbit’s President and CoFounder. “This is one of the main reasons that this event is so popular with the area’s sharpest business leaders.”
The Charlotte Business Journal has done a fantastic job of creating a party atmosphere around the Best Places to Work. It’s exciting to see so many celebrate the extraordinary treatment of employees and to gather ideas from other creative minds,” adds Mahoney.
