You can access Jackrabbit from your phone on our mobile site. Our latest enhancements have been customized for your mobile use. For example, the new Staff Portal is very user friendly on an iPhone or Android phone. There are big buttons and not a lot of text on each page for it to be simple to use.
Jackrabbit does not have a mobile app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play. Jackrabbit’s software is cloud-based meaning that you can sign in to your account on any mobile or desktop browser. What this means is you have access to your information no matter where you are or what device you’re using. Because Jackrabbit is a robust class management software, we recommend that you still do some things on a larger screen for optimal viewing. If you are running a lot of reports or are setting up classes, you’ll want to do this on a computer. Why? Computers are able to handle the processing of information better. You’ll be able to see your information easier and larger without having to zoom in and out. And it’s much easier to save files and reports on a computer.
