NEW: Request a Callback in Support

We are excited to announce a new option for receiving support through Jackrabbit. There are now three ways: submit a ticket, quick chat, and request a callback.

For some customers, talking a question through makes the answer easier for them to understand. Using request a callback allows our Support Team to research each question and be ready to help when calling back and eliminates any potential for waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail.

You may request a callback from the Support Center noon-6pm EST (callbacks may occur anytime between 8am-8pm EST)
Support ticket hours: 8am-8pm EST
Chat and phone support hours: noon-6pm EST
