Jackrabbit 101 Class

These classroom sessions are for brand new database users and will go through step by step on getting your database started. This is two FULL days packed with information. This session is to build on your initial contact with Jackrabbit and give you the confidence that your database is set up for future growth, best practices, revenue tracking and best reporting options.

Topics to be covered:

  • Drop Down List set up: Understand the values and where they live, important values for best practices.
  • Class Set up: Learn how to use classes to fit your business the best, use of the weekly calendar, creative uses of classes in Jackrabbit.
  • Family and Student Set up: Add families to your database - understand all areas on a family and student page.
  • Enrollment Types: Basic enrollment in classes, transfers, wait lists, make ups, tracking trial, future enrolls, future drops.
  • Tuition Posting: Learn the power of tuition posting in JR. Find a solution that works best for your business.
  • Revenue Tracking: Set yourself up for accurate revenue tracking - important values.
  • Basic Reporting: Find the best reports for future use.

Fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Our Office is a 25 min drive (22 miles). It is recommended to rent a car as a taxi ride to and from the airport is $50 each way and our offices are not in walking distance to accommodations. Drive to Huntersville: our offices are located at 9820 Northcross Center Court, Huntersville NC 28078.

Who should attend training?

System Administrator - This should be the person who will be using the system daily to accomplish tasks like creating the schedule, registering families, posting fees, collecting payments, and possibly creating new User IDs/Logins for staff.

Owners/Managers: Your input is required for success - You know exactly how your schedule should be set up and how you want revenue organized in the system. This is critical information to know when setting up your database for the first time. Please make sure you have discussed this with your system admin before attending training.
