Improved Online Reg Email Confirmation for Parents

We’ve made improvements in the online web reg confirmation to make it easier to read – including an option to show the class instructor.  This new setting called Show Instructor was added to the online web registration confirmation settings. When Show Instructor is set to ‘yes’, the first instructor assigned to the class will be included in the confirmation email sent to the parent from web registration and quick registration. The new setting is set to ‘no’ by default for all databases; therefore, you need to change this setting to ‘yes’ if you want Instructor included in the email (go to tools>online web registration>settings). We’ve also improved the parent email confirmations by including the contact employer information in online web registrations and including class time, room and date/time of registration in quick registrations. The overall format has been made easier to read.
