Jackrabbit Technologies Earns Ranking on Grant Thornton’s 2015 North Carolina 100®
CHARLOTTE, NC – November 11, 2015 – Jackrabbit Technologies, leading provider of online class management software for children’s activity centers, including gymnastics and cheer gyms, dance studios, child care centers, music schools, swim schools and businesses offering combinations of these activities, has been recognized as one North Carolina’s largest private-held businesses in the 2015 Grant Thornton North Carolina 100®. Earning a ranking of #99 shows that Jackrabbit shares traits common among the other 99 noted companies of innovation, expansion, talent, culture and agility and that its leaders understand how to steer a successful company.
“We are proud of this honor for many reasons but one is because the five traits common across our co-honorees are among the traits that we are intensely conscious of nurturing,” said Mark Mahoney, Jackrabbit’s president and cofounder. “We remain focused on providing the best possible services to our customers and that focus has delivered growth across all of the market sectors that we serve.”
Jackrabbit Technologies continues to grow as its online class management software is adopted by more and more clients in the eight global market sectors it serves. Jackrabbit’s local, regional and national recognition for its leadership and innovation is testament to the commitment it has to its clients, employees and partners.
[The list is compiled by Grant Thornton LLP, a Chicago-based company with 57 offices across the country. “We started the North Carolina 100 program 31 years ago because we believe that North Carolina’s private companies are one of the great untold success stories of this fast-growing economy,” says CEO Mike McGuire, who helped develop the initial ranking as an accountant in Charlotte in 1984. “They deserve more recognition for all their contributions to our state and our people.”
