How To Set Up Payment Processing

Remember the expression “Pay yourself first”?  If you are spending too much time inputting family payments and collecting your receivables, Jackrabbit can save you time and money and help you pay yourself first. When using ePayments in Jackrabbit, payments no longer have to be entered one family at a time! Payments can be run in batches and single payments can be run with the swipe of card or the click of a button.  Collecting money can be done in a matter of minutes. The time saved pays you first!
  • Families can input credit information securely and safely online or you can swipe their card into your database.
  • On a specific date you choose you can select a group of cards and bank accounts to draft. You are provided with a preview and you can select or deselect anyone for payment.
  • Families are notified off all transaction activity on their accounts.
  • Once your batch is submitted your payments are processed and headed to your bank account!  Transaction details are noted on every transaction and you are immediately notified of approved transactions and declines.

How to set up ePayments:

1. Contact our Preferred Provider(s).

2. Ask for quotes regarding processing.
They will do a comparative analysis should you currently use a different processor.
They will meet or beat your current rates!
3. Make your selection of ePayments provider.
4. Fill out required application(s) for processing.
5. They will send Jackrabbit your username and password to enable processing!
