Terilynne ran her studio using an old system that wasn’t geared to class management or dance schools. Changing to a new system would enable her to operate more efficiently and place greater focus on teaching and choreography, but she was reluctant because she doesn’t consider herself to be computer savvy.
Terilynne’s attraction to Jackrabbit was based on comments from other Dance School owners who like how Jackrabbit gears its features to their needs. Terilynne was expecting to more easily manage her accounts and her classes but she wasn’t expecting the tremendous benefits her staff and customers realized from using Jackrabbit’s online registration. Parents absolutely love the 24/7 ability to register their children for classes and Terilynne and her staff love the ease and efficiency of the entire online registration process – from setting up classes for her website to the direct capture of registration in the Jackrabbit database without her staff’s intervention.
The recital module is one of Terilynne’s favorites because it helps her double-check for anywhere in the schedule that problems like back-to-back numbers may arise. And Jackrabbit’s mass email feature provides an easy way to keep the lines of communication open with her families.
